Every time I take my car to the service center it’s one screw up after another! They do make good on their screwup but it’s the time and effort on my part to make it right. We were looking for a new Wrangler 4xe, which like many other cars today is not available on the lot. Aaron was able to find a used 2021 4xe for us to test drive and helped us with a side-by-side comparison of options and pricing so we could decide between the used Jeep and ordering a new one. We ultimately decided on the new one (check out the rebates!). The ordering process was quick and easy. Aaron was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure and, as a woman I found that this was one of the few car buying experiences in which the salesperson talked equally with both my husband and I. Also unusual was the lack of direct involvement or pressure by a Sales Manager until we had completed the transaction, when he came by to thank us.
