The Service Department at Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep West is far and above any other service department I have ever dealt with. Kevin Ramer and his crew are all 5 Star Service Writers. The service drive has a honestly welcoming atmosphere. For perspective, I have owned Chevy, Ford, Infinity, BMW and Audi. I am in the process of buying a new or used Jeep and I noticed a beautiful new white Sahara in parking lot and he said it was his. Lucky for me because I am specifically looking for a Sahara! I had lots of questions and he took his time to personally answer them all. When I finally do find my dream Sahara I will definitely trust its care to the service dept team.
