All went generally well with our purchase. Nicky was courteous, we received a fair trade for our used vehicle, and the vehicle we purchased was close to being as expected. The used vehicle we were looking at was in the bay getting worked on when we arrived and we did have to wait about 2 hours to drive and decide on it. This would have been nice to know as we drove 1.5 hrs to get to the dealership. The vehicle ended up with new brakes though which is nice. More
