They are a good people. I had an oil change, and afterwards I ask them if they checked my air filter and he said yes that is part of doing the oil change. But I could see from the dust on the air filter casing that no one had touched it. When I got home I checked it and it needed a new filter. So I changed it myself. After paying $109.00 you would think they could have at least checked it. I will think twice about going back there. More

I worked with Jesus to shop for a used Nissan Altima I had been eyeing for some time. Jesus took the time to not only get to know me and my family, but understand what I was looking for in my next car and had been eyeing for some time. Jesus took the time to not only get to know me and my family, but understand what I was looking for in my next car and why I was looking at the Altima. Jesus was so awesome, taking the time to explain some of the features I had never used before and was unfamiliar with (I was moving up over a decade in car years, things had changed a lot!). Being that it was a Saturday morning, I had expected to be at the dealership the majority of the day, but Jesus worked quickly and we were out in time for lunch! If you ever get the chance to work with him, know that he's one of the best! However, there was one sour spot in our experience. During the final part, we were introduced to a financial service agent, Rosendo. He was cold and pushy. He was pushing me to buy a maintenance plan when I had already told him no. Multiple times. My family member had spoken up for me after that, to which he replied "she can speak for herself." Whether the intention was there or not, it was quite rude of him to say that. After which, he was cold. While I understand that selling such plans and services is part of the job, I had said no multiple times. To then make a rude comment to a family member and act coldly afterwards is uncalled for. That was the only negative part of the experience. Overall, I would recommend going to AutoNation again, but I would say to be cautious of that particular finance agent. More

Matt Click and his mechanic Drew are the Best! ! The Jeep was loosing a charge every 2 days and not starting. He got the Jeep in, got it diagnosed, and had it fixed the next day. Kind of strange bo ! Bought a car from them, then found a major issue within the 5-day return window. They were willing to take the car back, but wouldn’t budge on the price, despite documentation of the $6000 repair.
