Don’t offer appointments if you can’t commit to them. I understand the labor shortages happing as I am in the construction industry, but don’t over book and leave customers waiting hours. Had a missing tire valve cap, they did not even replace it. Asked about the brakes, was told they don’t see the notes from the booking we make and was told to power wash rotors?!?! I’m not confident the brakes are even checked. More

I would not recommend them for service, unless cost is absolutely no object. We purchased a used wrangler from a private party a few months ago and this was our first visit for any kind of service. We cam absolutely no object. We purchased a used wrangler from a private party a few months ago and this was our first visit for any kind of service. We came in because the engine light came on. Within a few minutes the service manager we were greeted by had run a diagnostic of the vehicle which indicated the thermostat was likely the culprit. Despite the immediate diagnosis we were told we would need to pay a $250 diagnostic charge for the technician to look the vehicle over and insure the initial diagnosis was accurate and complete. This $250 fee does not get applied to any work to be completed. I should have just left at this point, but I agreed to the $250 and also requested an oil change. The next day the call came that, yes indeed it was the thermostat housing was the issue and the cost to repair would be $320. So in my assessment, we paid $250 for the technician to verify what had already been determined within the first 5 minutes when we tool the vehicle in. We decided to take the vehicle elsewhere and the cost of the thermostat and housing replacement will be less than half of the quoted cost from AutoNation. I gave a rating of 3 vs. 1 because I do think the technicians know what they are doing and they did remedy a raddle in rear gate/spare tire for free (though the original cost of that "repair" was quoted at $80). The service manager also reduced the cost of the oil change from $119 to $89. So all in all we paid $329 for a thermostat diagnosis and an oil change. We will go elsewhere from here forward. More
