How do you make a "positive experience" out of a $62000 Jeep sitting in my garage that I can't drive because of the Jeep death wobble that you "fixed" in September. When I call several times before the phone is answered I am told you can get it in March 1--five weeks later. Finally, after being persistent enough they say they can get it in Feb 13th at a different dealer February 13, still two and a half weeks out. In September it was three weeks to get an appointment-and the fix lasted less than 6000 miles. And I called the number above and don't get a general manager----just a phone tree. This is not customer service. If you have any help or solution I'd love to hear from you---Brian @ 303-887-9460
