Bought a used car. Within 24 hrs the brakes started squeeking. When I brought it back to them I was told it was just normal due to them having installed new brake pads Within 24 hrs the brakes started squeeking. When I brought it back to them I was told it was just normal due to them having installed new brake pads & it would go away. After several weeks it didn’t go away. I asked them about it again & was told to give it a but more time. The week before the 90-day warranty was up I took it in & insisted they fix it. They said they would & I should bring it in on Tuesday. I took it in Tues morning. That afternoon they called & said they couldn’t finish it today so would bring me a loaner. They brought it & it was a good car but was huge & a gas guzzler. Every day I would call expecting my car to be done. Every day they would say tomorrow. Finally they said on the next Monday that it was done. I went get it & the Service Manager told me they drive the car & heard the squeeking but there was nothing wrong with the brakes & they applied some lubricant to the metallic brake pads & it got quieter. They took a whole week to apply lubricant? I drove the car home & it seemed quieter until I got to my parking lot & braked & heard squeek. Ok, not too bad. That was Monday. Today is Wednesday & the brakes are now just as bad as when I took it in. There are loud squeeking noises plus a sort of grinding & a sound like gurgling -a liquid sound-all happening when I brake. I do delivery driving as a side job & all that week I couldn’t do any because they had my car! I couldn’t use the loaner for deliveries due to insurance issues. So they cost me money & didn’t even fix my brakes! That said, I do have to commend their sales team for working hard to get me that car in the first place. For sales they are great. Service, I don’t think they understand the concept. More

Most horrible experience. As a first time car buyer, I was very new to the process of finding a vehicle that would be perfect for myself to learn how to drive and commute to s As a first time car buyer, I was very new to the process of finding a vehicle that would be perfect for myself to learn how to drive and commute to school/work. But within the first month of owning the car we started having issues. Bought the car in December of 2021, car went into service January of 2022. The entirety of the time that I have owned the car it is been in service the entire time. The only time It lasted outside of the service department was about 2 months until it continued to have issues. This dealership sold me a lemon car which is unexceptable considering what I went through to even to get the point of purchasing this car. I would not recommend going to this dealership to buy a car from because they will not care what vehicle they put you in even if the car has a history of continuing problems. More
