What a great process from start to finish. I bought my other Jeep through them and so I went back to order this one. I really wanted the 392 so I started the process at the end of last year working with Steve Kern and Alex. My 392 just arrived and I worked with Cesar through the sales and appointment process. Rosendo helped with the final purchasing agreements. I couldn’t be happier with the process and the great communication. Love this place and will keep coming back. More

However, I did have one issue; before I went in to sign the papers, I requested the car be cleaned and prepped. It wasn’t. The car was dirty, the plastic was still on the mats, the low tire pressure light was on, and the stickers were still on the car. I had to ask again, and the gentleman told me, “it’s done, the temporary tags are on.” I asked about the stickers and the cleaning and he walked out with me and took the stickers off and thanked me. I’ve been in customer service for many decades. The product is only part of business; an important part is the experience. Car buying can be stressful at times. The customer should be made to feel relaxed, taken care of, and appreciated. I had four different people introduce themselves to me, shake my hand, and make small talk. However, the dealership fell flat on the little things. I spent a lot of time sitting at a table in the middle of the showroom. It would have been nice to been offered some water or coffee. I finally had to ask after being there for over an hour. I know some might think that’s trivial, but it’s the little things that matter. My last memory of the sale should not be me standing in the parking lot struggling to get the plastic off the mats (especially when I’m nursing a broken hand), walking around to find a garbage can to throw away the plastic. I then had to spend 25 mins at the service department to fill up the tires to address the low pressure light (incidentally, the service guy was awesome!). Once I left, I had to go to a car wash, because I just bought a new car and I wanted it to look good. Every car dealership in the world, sells cars. What separates one dealer from another is the experience and customer service. If you want to be a five star dealer, you have to give five star service. That car should have been washed, the plastic removed, and the low tire light addressed. I also should have been asked if I had any questions about how to operate certain features. When it comes to the amount of money some of these car cost today, the dealership should want that car to be absolutely perfect before the customer drives off the lot. True customer service is knowing what I need, before I realize I need it. The dealership handled the business aspect as they were supposed to, but failed in other areas. I have to bring the car back to the service department today. The car I bought has illuminated door sills and one isn’t working. It’s a simple fix, just needs a battery and a magnet replaced. I’m hoping this goes smooth. More
