I was very pleased with my recent Service done on our 2018 GC Overland Diesel. It required a 60,000 mile 4WD service, 2 fuel filters, Antifreeze flush, Brake fluid flush, and an Oil & Filter change. I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of issues. First, the detailer did a poor job. The new vehicle was driven about 700 miles before I purchased and the detailer just put the new floormats issues. First, the detailer did a poor job. The new vehicle was driven about 700 miles before I purchased and the detailer just put the new floormats in over a significant amount of mud on the driver's side floor and pedals. I would also note I had to take the car back in to have rock chips repaired that they just put the clear bra over. I will say they fixed/cleaned everything in the end but it took two extra trips to the dealership and both items could have been done right the first time. The salesperson was good to work with, and so was the finance person. The overall price of the vehicle was fair. This is the fourth Jeep my family's purchased here so we will use them again. More
