The service was great, and the technician, Daniel kept me up to date. However, I was told that the service center offered a shuttle bus to anywhere within a 10 mile radius by the customer service phone repr up to date. I planned my drop off around this and when I arrived on site, I was told that this service did not exist and was forced to take an Uber to get to work. If the dealership is going to use non-local customer service reps, their information needs to be 100% correct. More
