Brought my Renegade in for recall service, and the service manager I worked with was very nice and made me feel at ease and welcome. I was a little surprised that the dealership couldn't/didn't offer service manager I worked with was very nice and made me feel at ease and welcome. Just a suggestion, but management might want to consider situations like this as opportunities to help generate excitement in service customers to purchase a newer vehicle from the dealership. More
