The sales person, Fred, was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Both the sales manager, Melinda and Fred worked to get my deal done and got what was a fair price for both myself and the dealership. and friendly. My ONLY complaint in the process is the dealership really needs a remodel. The customer waiting area looks like its a throw back to the 80's, and the showroom its self is small. Jeff was really easy to work with. Not pushy at all. Listened to my needs and payment limits. He gave me several choices of vehicle and then left me alone to look at the vehicles. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I felt no pressure to pick any specific vehicle. When I had made my choice he took the time to explain the features of the vehicle, it had a LOT of fancy stuff on it. He was very low key in is dealings with me. Negotiation was very honest with no push to accept any "add on" items to the contract. He met my requirements for down payment restriction and kept the payments within my needs. The vehicle has been problem free and much more than I expected. The offer for my trade in was really low but when I declined it he did not try to push me into the trade. From the time I arrived until I left with a completed contract was only 3 hours. I was impressed with the fact that the "Car Facts" printout was on the dash of every car I looked at. No need to delay so I could go look it up myself. Very much my kind of salesman. I even received a thank you card from him in the mail. More

Jeff Ridgley really listened to what we wanted in a 2011 Jeep Liberty and although it wasn't available on their lot, he arranged for the one we bought to be delivered from their S. Broadway affiliate. He didn't pressure us to purchase extras we weren't interested in. We got top dollar for our trade-in and were pleased with the financing arrangements. The friendly service department continues to treat us well. We'd ordered a clear bra and its installation was perfect. We are happy with our overall experience and recommend Go Chrysler-Jeep West very highly. More

We had our 15 month old son with us and everyone there made him feel happy and welcome. He loved the fish and the minivan inside the dealership. Not only did they offer me the lowest price by far from other dealers', but it was the perfect car. They also provided transportation for me to inspect AND complete the final purchase. The customer service stops after the papers are signed. I had a stroke of luck I picked a good vehicle but did need some parts that I didnt notice were missing. Called Used sales manager Melinda Perez and not only did she literally laugh at my concern she hung up on me as our conversation went no where. This place is very unprofessional and I warn other customers not to deal with them. Spent 15.000 and this is them. Ratings speak load words look how they have been rated here compared to other locations within the same company. Save your breath and your money. The employees here have forgot that the customer is the person who puts the food on the table. Went as far as calling the store manager and there again no response. Go where your business is appreciated and forget about this place. More
These guys are your stereotypical car guys, from the sales dept. to the financing and service department. I purchased a lightly used Jeep Grand Cherokee from them which marked the beginning of my miser sales dept. to the financing and service department. I purchased a lightly used Jeep Grand Cherokee from them which marked the beginning of my miserable experience with them. To be honest and somewhat unbiased in my review, I must admit that the Jeep was a lemon. Since used vehicles don't qualify for the lemon-law the customer is out of luck. The customer's only options in dealing with a used car lemon is to go back to your dealer or contact the manufacturer. Seeing as our auto companies were busy flying corporate jets to DC to borrow money from our government, I knew I was stuck with the dealer. Go repaired the Jeep on multiple occasions. I got stuck with the inconvenience and also some car rentals so that I could go about my business. I kept the Jeep until shortly before the factory warranty expired and sold it at a terrible loss. My lesson has been to LISTEN TO CONSUMER REPORTS before you purchase a vehicle. Perhaps this site will be the "Consumer Reports" on dealers. More
Go to the Littleton dealership before you go to this one. Customer service was horrible, they took advantage of me by the old "bait & switch" method, and then wouldn't even negotiate a price with me. They told me I hadn't done my homework and that I should be looking at smaller engines if I wanted my price. Well guess what, I got my DREAM car (with the V8 engine I wanted) at the littleton location for cheaper than the golden location was selling for their V6 engines. I won't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
