The sales person, Fred, was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Both the sales manager, Melinda and Fred worked to get my deal done and got what was a fair price for both myself and the dealership. and friendly. Jeff was really easy to work with. Not pushy at all. Listened to my needs and payment limits. He gave me several choices of vehicle and then left me alone to look at the vehicles. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I felt no pressure to pick any specific vehicle. When I had made my choice he took the time to explain the features of the vehicle, it had a LOT of fancy stuff on it. He was very low key in is dealings with me. Negotiation was very honest with no push to accept any "add on" items to the contract. He met my requirements for down payment restriction and kept the payments within my needs. The vehicle has been problem free and much more than I expected. The offer for my trade in was really low but when I declined it he did not try to push me into the trade. From the time I arrived until I left with a completed contract was only 3 hours. I was impressed with the fact that the "Car Facts" printout was on the dash of every car I looked at. No need to delay so I could go look it up myself. Very much my kind of salesman. I even received a thank you card from him in the mail. More
