I had a fantastic experience at Go Chrysler Jeep and owe it all to my salesperson Freddy. He was patient in our shopping, he was knowledgeable about the product, he didn't hover or push. We even had to return our 1st purchase with him, an 08 Used Jeep Liberty, the skyslider roof did not accomadate my rack and was very loud while driving at speeds over 60 mph, so we were able to get me into exactly what I wanted in a new 2011 Jeep. Freddy was amazing though the entire process and communicated with is like we were his only client, he's great!! More

We gave this dealer four 5's except one N/A because the entire experience was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had! Jeff was our salesperson and he was outstanding! We ordered a 2012 car from him and the next week when we decided to trade our second car, we called Jeff, told him we had picked out 2 cars on their website; he had both waiting up front for us; gave us the keys and went back inside. We selected the car we wanted and said we didn't need to test drive it (we have the same car only an older model), and he insisted we test drive it just in case there was any problem. There were no problems and we were sent next to the business office. There we met Josh - also very personable.
