My wife and I had just moved to the U.S and were looking to lease a car. We are the type that shop around for weeks and I travelled all over Denver looking at all makes of cars. Numerous visits, by our choice and we were given the time and patience on each visit with no hard sell. As new residents we were without a US credit rating and for most dealers it was just in the too hard basket. Not with Freddy Halcomb. He made the buying experience a pleasure. Highly recommended! We really enjoyed buying our jeep from this dealership. Then she had Jeff Ridgley take my husband for a test drive, and let me tell you that his knowledge of what the rubicon would do in different enviroments was superb, just top notch...We went back the second time to purchase our Rubicon (of course from only Jeff Ridgley at Go Jeep WEST)which is about a 90 minute drive from us. We gave this dealer four 5's except one N/A because the entire experience was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had! Jeff was our salesperson and he was outstanding! We ordered a 2012 car from him and the next week when we decided to trade our second car, we called Jeff, told him we had picked out 2 cars on their website; he had both waiting up front for us; gave us the keys and went back inside. We selected the car we wanted and said we didn't need to test drive it (we have the same car only an older model), and he insisted we test drive it just in case there was any problem. There were no problems and we were sent next to the business office. There we met Josh - also very personable.
