I was looking for a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler and Go Chrysler Jeep West had the biggest selection. The salesman, Jeff Ridgley, was easy to work with and answered all my questions. It was a "no hassle" discussion when I asked for a change in the selling price. My jeep purchase was a gift for my girlfriend and Jeff helped make it a big surprise for her. He showed her all the features of her new Jeep and answered all the additional questions she had. She drove away with a huge smile on her face! I received a recall notice on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I should have known when I called for an appointment that this was not going to be a good experience. The representative did not seem familiar with this recall notice. He only knew of an older recall for the same issue. The recall notice from Jeep stated that the work would take 1 1/2 hours. When I arrived I was told that it would take a minimum of 6 1/2 hours. The dealer is located in a relatively inconvenient location except for a shopping mall. Since I live in the mountains 1 1/2 drive away I could not wait this long since I had scheduled thing for the afternoon. I then asked the service person about two other minor items. One was that in multiple spots on the internet I learned that if the battery is disconnect that the seat belt and air bag light will turn on and that they can only be reset by a Jeep dealer. Multiple service agents claimed that they knew nothing about this and that I should replace the seat belt adjustor sensor. This made me very suspicious. I also asked about a fuse for the 12 volt outlet in the cargo compartment. I was told that the fuse was under the dash but later that day I learned that there is a second fuse for this outlet under the hood. More
Received good service on previously-owned Jeep, not purchased at Go Jeep. Were searching on-line for new Jeep and found specific 2011 Jeep Liberty, which we wanted at Go Jeep West. Met Rob waiting ou purchased at Go Jeep. Were searching on-line for new Jeep and found specific 2011 Jeep Liberty, which we wanted at Go Jeep West. Met Rob waiting outside front door and proceeded to test drive and make offer on trade-in of 2008 Jeep Patriot for new Jeep. After signing papers, Rob determined that, although the 2011 Jeep Liberty had all the buttons on the steering and dashboard, it did not have the internal wiring for Bluetooth connection. Rob and service department installed at no charge. We will definitely recommend Rob, service dept. and Go Jeep West! More
I hate the car buying experience, the BS, the "let me talk to my manager because I'm powerless to help you". I was looking at used trucks and saw one at Go. There were many pictures to see so I was well aware of the vehicle condition, the price was clearly stated no "CAll Us". I sent an email from the website to schedule a test drive and within minutes recieved a call back and an email confirmation. I looked at the car on Friday night, it was ready at the front door, Internet sales person Fred Abrey came out, folder and plates in hand. Easy introduction and dressed casually, no suit and tie - Im a blue collar man so I appreciated it. I scoured the vehicle and asked about the "1`00+ point inspection - I wanted to SEE the form and who signed it" IT was in the folder, all 125 easily explained and attached to the other side of it and detailed list of what was found, what was fixed and what was replaced - no hassle. A carfax was provided as well. The test drive was a mix of highway and res and I liked the vehicle. Went back to office , sat down, gave Fred my particulars and he gave it to the manager who worked on 3 options. Meanwhile Fred talked about the traveling he'd done, we swapped road stories and common places lived and worked and he nver once sounded like a typical salesman. Manager beings paperwork over, I go over the 3 options and he tells me if Im interested, to let him know. I told him I was comparison shopping and never once tried to pressure me. I really liked the experience here, freindly educated and a staff that has been at that location for 10 + years - that usually means the company treats them right. I recommend not only the Internet sales person Fred Aubrey but Go West to anyone More

We were looking for one of two Jeep vehicles (Jeep Liberty or Jeep Grand Cherokee), with specific desired features, and with maximum price and payment limits. Freddy worked great with us from the initial visit. He researched available vehicles, both within the Go Jeep West dealership and around the Denver area -- and found a few choices that generally met our goals. Then, once we narrowed down on one which we liked, Freddy and the Go Jeep West team went to work to make it happen for us - including a great trade-in on our old vehicle. Overall, I have been generally very satisfied with my 5 year relationship with the Go Jeep West Dealership, and definitely was pleased with the experience we had with Freddy Halcomb on this transaction. Every single one of the appointments that I have had the service department has gone above and beyond to m encounters with GO Jeep West service dept. Every single one of the appointments that I have had the service department has gone above and beyond to make my experience positive. Kevin Ramer was always willing to bend over backwards answering my often difficult and sometimes frustrating questions. I moved a couple years back to Fort Collins and even with the hour and a half drive GO Jeep West is the only dealership I would consider for my service work. I recommend them very highly to others and am delighted to have finally found a dealership that I look forward to going to. More
