Salesman Mikie (sp?) showed us a few, got the process going for what we wanted and the process was smooth, thanks to Marco. This was a preowned vehicle and they didn't have the FOB, just one key and Alex the Finance Director promised he would get it to me right away in the mail since I live in the mountains. I would recommend Autonation west and would recommend asking for things you want , they do work with you! Must say Alex was great! More

Gave my daughter a $195 estimate to fix an ABS sensor, then demanded additional $240 when she called to check on it. She couldn't afford that so went to pick it up and they wouldn't give back her Jeep unless she paid $195 "diagnostic fee" even though no repair work was done. She went to Golden Auto Clinic and got the repair done for under $150. Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off! More
Service Center Skimps on Parts and is Dishonest Took my new Wrangler JL in for the free routine service after purchasing at this dealership, and they used a cheaper non-synthetic oil rather than the Took my new Wrangler JL in for the free routine service after purchasing at this dealership, and they used a cheaper non-synthetic oil rather than the one called for in the owner's manual (they used a 5w-20 instead of a 0w-20), overfilled my oil, didn't top off my fluids, and didn't fix the slow leak on my tire even after rotating it. When I brought it back to get these issues fixed, they acted like my request was unreasonable and said it would take days to do. Now my Jeep doesn't run smooth and the engine sounds different, so I have to find a reputable shop to figure out what else Autonation F'ed up. Don't get your vehicle serviced here if you care about it. More
Horrible Service Dept. I bought my Jeep Liberty from these people and over the years their Service Dept. has gone down hill. It took them 5 days to just look at the vehicle and diagnose what was wrong. Ok, I'm all right with that, but then no call from anyone to advise me what the problem was or what the charges would be. I called for an entire day and could not get anyone to pick up the phone. I finally called new sales and asked one of the salesman if he would give them a message to call. He said he would and still no call. I then drove to the dealership and found out it had been diagnosed, but no one cared to call me. Mike is the Assistant Manager and he quoted me a price and it turned out to be $90 more when I went to pay. He came up to the window and acted as if it were my fault he had to walk up the stairs. He then told me there was a $59.99 shop charge. I had no liquids or parts that needed to be disposed of. He said it didn't matter, "Everyone pays that, its posted on the window". No explanation or reasoning for why I was paying for something that they didn't need for my vehicle. If you buy a car here DONT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, you will be treated like crap! Never will I buy another vehicle from these people. More

I wanted to get into leasing for the fir I started working via email with Autonation Chrysler Jeep West, along with several other Denver area dealers. I wanted to get into leasing for the first time, and was looking for an excellent deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Autonation was the most responsive of the dealers, and even the general manager got involved before I even came in. He assured me he'd do right by a deal with me, so I came in a couple of days later. I was greeted by a sales associate, David Hantman, as I was walking up, and rather than immediately try to rush me in to sales talk, he just asked if I was looking for anyone in particular. I let him know I had been interacting with Steve Kern, the general manager, and Ryan Hansen, the sales manager. I was introduced to them, and David then took me for a test drive and we started the sales process. In the end, I got my new Jeep leased, with a deal I was happy to walk away with. I can't say enough good about the sales staff at this location. David was amazing, and kept the whole experience relaxed, informative, and enjoyable. Ryan and Steve helped me secure a great deal. James in financing was a well of information. Jeff in parts was courteous and helpful. Needless to say, this is where I'm sending my friends and family (along my own return) for future business. More

Service Department is Poor I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit with 28,000 miles. The SRV 4WD and traction Control Off light came on. I called AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West and made an appointment. The earliest time available was 3 weeks out. Service Advisor stated no further damage would be done, but not to drive if Check Engine light was on and flashing. My appoint day finally came on September 20th. I dropped the Jeep off on time. During check-in, I was told they were pretty busy and was asked if we could work with them. We said that would be fine and were OK with an extra day. We called on the 21st and were told that no work had even begun. Essentially the appointment time just puts you in the queue and doesn't get you in any faster. Not sure why I need to make an appointment if I just puts me in line with the other customers. I told them to not perform any work and I would pick-up. No apology, nothing. I told them I was going to write a review and they basically said they are highly rated and we really don't care. DO NOT do business with this dealership. They don't care. They even told me I could expect the same thing at other dealerships. On to my independent mechanic. I WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER CHRYSLER PRODUCT. More
