Our experience began early January of 2021 with Taylor D. His kind manners and ear for listening to our needs gave us the confidence we were looking to gain in purchasing another new vehicle. As cash paying His kind manners and ear for listening to our needs gave us the confidence we were looking to gain in purchasing another new vehicle. As cash paying customers it's important to know exactly what costs and fees to expect up front. Taylor helped us quickly find a match to our demands. Unfortunate that a few months after purchase we decided our new Jeep was not exactly the match for us. We experienced some hiccups with the vehicle which led us to a more suitable model. The dealership, Taylor and our newest Sales Representative, Mikey worked together to make sure we found a style we can enjoy and feel safe in. Our finance manager, Xavier was easy to speak with and we had a pleasant experience overall with everyone. Attitude sets the altitude for location and with our own unique and individual experience we confidently believe integrity is one of their greatest assets. Sometimes things don't go as planned in every deal, so choosing a dealership that will do the right thing is a deal I'm willing to keep coming back for... you can too. More
do not recommend this dealership or the sales agent do not recommend this dealership or the sales agent Roberto. I went in to trade in my lease, and left five hours later in my same vehicle. I explain do not recommend this dealership or the sales agent Roberto. I went in to trade in my lease, and left five hours later in my same vehicle. I explained that I really needed to get my new car that day and was crystal clear with what my monthly payments could be. I also said that I was happy with the make on model of my current Jeep and would be fine getting that type of vehicle again. Roberto my sales agent repeatedly told me he would honor my budget. We proceeded to test drive vehicles that I later found out were completely out of my price range. I ended up feeling ok about a Jeep that Roberto suggested and decided to move forward. I sat for 2 hours waiting for the finance department to show up with monthly payments significantly higher than we discussed. At this point I was defeated and left. Roberto told me that he would send me cars that were in my price range and I haven’t seen a thing from him. I know the song and dance when it comes to purchasing a car. I know I’m most likely going to get screwed, but this was another level. Roberto had me write a review for him before we even made a decision on a vehicle. He also gave me the referral script that I got last time saying that I would get $100 for every referral I send to him. That doesn’t happen by the way, I gave two referrals on my first lease and never saw a nickel. My fault in the matter was that I just needed to get this done because I have things happening in my life that are far more important. I willingly sat there in hopes to move on with my life. I currently am in communication with corporate, Jeep dealerships come a dime a dozen so at the end of the day I will end up with a new car. More

Best car buying experience I've had! Nick Cahoun worked with me for 3 months to find my dream Jeep. From the moment Katie greeted me (she runs the show from the front desk), things moved smoothly and effic with me for 3 months to find my dream Jeep. From the moment Katie greeted me (she runs the show from the front desk), things moved smoothly and efficiently. Nick was ready with paperwork, started that as I test drove the car. We negotiated for all of 5 minutes..they offered me fair, Kelley bluebook value for my trade right away...no hassles or low-balling the value (another dealership offered me $4500 less!!) During my short wait periods I was entertained by the other staff, all exceptionally friendly, helpful and concerned I was doing okay. Big shout out to Roberto whose upbeat personality kept me smiling and feeling special. Thank you to Andre, who got me a sweet deal, and Marco who made the financing a breeze, start to finish in less than 15 minutes. WOW!!! I've never had fun buying a car....until now. GREAT deals, GREAT people! I'll be sending all my family and friends to Nick and AutoNation Jeep West...and I, personally, won't buy a car anywhere else. YOU FOLKS ROCK! More
Went to trade a very expensive jeep for standard jeep. Sales manager and used car appraiser were a total waste of time and left me just sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes until I got up and asked what's Sales manager and used car appraiser were a total waste of time and left me just sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes until I got up and asked what's the deal. They were more interested in trying to steal the vehicle back and didn't even add for any options including the One Touch top which jeep charges 4K for! Will go to another jeep dealership that has time for my business and is seriously giving a fair trade. If your looking for a Jeep I warn you don't waste your time at this Golden dealership! I have twice and they have walked me twice! More
AutoNation worked hard to find our Jeep. We walked into AutoNation without an appointment to browse Jeeps. We didn't see what we were looking for specifically. no concern for safety Do NOT trust this dealer! We got a Subaru WRX for our son and had a horrible experience. The car has been returned twice in the past 2 weeks becaus Do NOT trust this dealer! We got a Subaru WRX for our son and had a horrible experience. The car has been returned twice in the past 2 weeks because it is a LEMON! They can't even be bothered to replace a broken headlight. Nevermind the bulging tire, wonky window, worn out/ripped floor mats and oh yeah, BLOWN HEAD GASKET! Want to be stranded on the side of the road? Cuz that happened to our 17 year old son, day 2 of having this car, with our daughter in the car with him. They had only driven 4 miles. After the fact, we heard the dealership had sold this car to a different teenage driver, a few weeks prior, who had also had issues and returned it within the first 5 day grace period. We asked why it went off the market and then back on, and they told us "an old guy wanted it but his financing fell through"...TOTAL LIE. Total and complete misrepresentation of the condition of the car. They do not care about safety, they know all the (pretty serious) issues and will LIE DIRECTLY TO YOUR FACE! Third time (that I know of) in the past month that they have re-listed this car...without fixing these pretty major issues...PLEASE learn from our mistake! Do not trust them...they surely don't care about anything except making a sale. More
Waste of time Can I give no stars ? Probably not. Corresponded with Brian Lourcey for about 3 days and phone calls. After conversation on 06-15-2020 I agreed to his Can I give no stars ? Probably not. Corresponded with Brian Lourcey for about 3 days and phone calls. After conversation on 06-15-2020 I agreed to his busy schedule to meet and check out used FJ Cruiser. Arrived as agreed @12pm on 06-16-2020. We walked to the check out the vehicle. Appears the truck is scheduled for repair and Mr. Brian doesn't have a key nor I was able to look inside or start, not to mention test drive. I asked him since we been communicating the same morning how come he did not let me know that the truck is not drive able at the moment but insisted on coming. Why did I come ? He did not advised when it's going to be available Nothing ! I asked about a Toyo 4Runner that was on sale and Brian could not locate it. Walked to figure out where it's at. I left. I cannot waste any more time. Not sure if your salesman treat customers like that or women, to be precise, but it was horrible. What I was hearing from Brian was ; "I am busy". To say least I was a cash buyer. More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I have never been more disgusted with a business than I am with this dealership. Of course, while my wife If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I have never been more disgusted with a business than I am with this dealership. Of course, while my wife and I were onsite and purchasing a car, people were very helpful and friendly. After purchasing the car, things immediately went to xxxx. There were multiple things that were agreed upon by us, Nate, and Adam in sales. These were "add-ons" that were to be taken care of by the dealership as part of the sale. I returned the car days later and dropped it off for installation of front sensors and to re-tint the windows. When I picked the car up, only 2 of the 5 windows had been done. The rest they said were already good enough(?!) The sensors they installed (which they said would integrate with the car and be similar to the factory rear sensors though not exact) are of such poor quality I wouldn't install them in my sons big wheel. They don't beep until you're touching something with your car, and won't turn off until you are 10+ ft. away. They sound at an ear-piercing pitch from a big black circular box very poorly mounted in plain sight on the drivers side (the interior is light tan). When my wife called Nate to get these things fixed, he was nothing short of awful to her. He rudely said they had taken care of everything in the contract and that he'd be happy to re-tint the windows for FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. After being incredibly rude and insulting, and straight up dishonest to my wife, she hung up on him crying and asked me to take over. I called the next day and of course Nate was "unavailable". His manager, Adam, who had stepped in during the sales process clearly as "the closer" and was well aware of everything agreed upon, took the call. He said he would set something up to re-tint the windows but that there was nothing he could do about the sensors. He told me he would book us an appointment and call me to confirm. No call, no call, no call. After over a week I called back and he told me it was confirmed but there wasn't a loner car I could borrow but he would work to find one and call back. No call, no call, no call. I called back and spoke with someone else who was able to help. When I returned the car to be re-tinted, of course, no one there had any idea or record of my appointment. Nate and Adam were mysteriously absent once again. A very nice man (I think named Thunder), in service helped me out and got it squared away. FINALLY the windows were correct. I decided to give up on the sensors as I was way past done with these guys at this point. However, we still needed paperwork that we were told would be sent to us. I called trying to reach our finance person at the dealership and after 5 calls (not including the several hangups that happen each time I tried), I finally got someone to leave a message for him...surprise surprise he wasn't available either. Days went by and no returned call. I called back and went through the same ordeal and finally got someone to supposedly put a hand written note on the once again mysteriously absent employee's desk so he would for sure see it and call me. No call no call no call. Another week goes by and brings us to tonight. I called and asked to be transferred to the guy in fiance. I was transferred, and then disconnected. TWICE. I called back, very irritated, and got "Mikey in sales". He told me he would transfer me and I, very irritated, told him not to transfer me because I had been hung up on multiple times. He audibly laughed, AND HUNG UP THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!! I called back once again and finally got someone who didn't clearly fall into the "used car salesmen are absolute xxxx bags" category and he agreed to not put me on hold and walk over to the finance guy. Surprise surprise, when someone actually tried to find him, he was there and completed my request. I hope to NEVER have to call or see any of these people again. Both Nate and Adam were intentionally deceitful and I would certainly characterize them as blatant liars. I recommend NO ONE EVER GOES TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! More
