Purchased a used vehicle that was "inspected" by the dealership. This inspection did not disclose the Blind Spot Monitoring system to be faulty and not functioning. When the button is pushed to turn on the system, a "check system" error immediately shows on dash. To fix, I was asked to take it to their Toyota Dealership. I brought it in, had to shuttle home. They were not able to fix the issue and told me to take it to a body shop and I had to catch the shuttle back to pickup the vehicle. I am now being asked to take it back to the selling dealership to be fixed. I have not received an answer on how long they believe the repair will take, and I am expected to drop the car off and find my own way home. I have had to initiate every request for updates or a solution and have now gone 4 days without a response from my salesperson. I'm coming up on 3 weeks since the vehicle was purchased and I am frustrated. Lack of communication and a poor inspection (the wiper blade on the rear of the vehicle was literally falling off, yet the inspection box said it was checked and fine) have left me in a position that I cannot do future business nor recommend Autonation. On a positive note I did have a good experience with the finance person. More

Each one of these individuals from the start have impressed on me their overall professional customer service and personal ownership of their immense pride and passion on being an invested employeee of Chrysler Jeep. Vehicle purchase experience.... I recently purchased my second Jeep Wrangler,ca 2021 2 Door Rubicon, (1- month ago) from this dealership solely based on my last great experience and of course the vehicle dealerships inventory. I'd also like to mention that Mr. Aaron in sales was my salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable on the Jeep Wrangler. And of course I'm 100% completely satisfied! Warranty service department update..... On Saturday August 6th, I had a service appointment on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler for a warranty repair, and as I expected, I received excellent customer service from Mr. Steve the service writer and Mr. Kevin the Manager of the Service department along with Mr. Steve the Mechanic. The Jeeps issue was resolved in a very timely manner, and the mechanic who serviced my Jeep Mr. Steve along with the service writer Mr. Steve explained the fault and the wuick resolution. Parts department experience..... So during my warranty service repair, I engaged with the parts team and of course I received excellent customer service and a thorough knowledge of parts for my Jeep Wrangler from Mr. Micah and Mr. Dave in the parts department that assisted me on accessories that I purchased. In conclusion....... Every one of these individuals were very supportive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable! Each one of these individuals imposed on me professional customer service along with showing me features, additions and options on my newly purchased 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I'm very impressed with this dealerships overall presentation, professional customer service, transparency, recent vehicle inventory and the company's website. More
