AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West

At first I would have said this dealership was great and gave 5 stars. The only reason they received the 3 stars is because of how I was treated at first, but now that I have the car in my possession, I gu gave 5 stars. But when I got the car checked out and found out they didn't do the work they stated they did on the 120 Point Inspection list and also some of the work they did do wasn't complete because it was leaking, I assumed they would honor the 5 day/250 money back guarantee/warranty for the work that should have been done and/or done correctly. I spoke with them they said it would be over a week (yes, over the 5 days) before they could even "look" at the problem. I said that's fine but you must extend the the 5 day guarantee also if it helped I offered to have my person do it so it could be done that week so I could drive the car and not wait at least a week for them to just look at it, and they agreed they would pay the amount quoted on the cost of it. It actually came in lower than the quote and it has now been over a week since that work was done and I have been told the check is in the mail and then another text said the check was at the dealership. I queried if it's at the dealership why did you say it was in the mail to only be ignored, and it has been 6 days since I was told that. I believe they had no intention of paying for the work and are just playing games now. Considering one of the things was the engine coolant was almost completely empty. When we first discussed the work, I stated it was coming directly out of my bank account and needed payment right away.--10 days and counting.... More
