One star after two terrible service experiences. In December 2025, I dropped off my Jeep for an 8:00 a.m. appointment. I received no communication all day. When I finally called around 4:00 p.m., I was told they had been too busy to look at it, so they kept the vehicle for another day. In August 2026, AutoNation performed substantial warranty engine work involving the timing cover, valve cover, oil pan and related components. Just 191 miles after pickup, the check-engine light came on. Another repair shop documented that the EVAP purge-solenoid/valve line was disconnected, causing codes P0456 and P1CEA. Reconnecting it resolved the problem, but I had to pay $195 for the diagnosis and correction. Communication was extremely difficult. Calls went to service-advisor voicemails that were not returned, and text responses were unhelpful and defensive. Mike Doht was particularly unfriendly, while Danielle minimized the mistake rather than taking meaningful accountability. Between the poor workmanship, inadequate post-repair inspection and terrible communication, I have completely lost confidence in this service department and will not return. More
Great salesman and I found a good new car at a fair price and took my older car and took my older car More
Great staff. My salesman Austin did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner. They gave me a great deal on my trade in. Highly recommend! My salesman Austin did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner. They gave me a great deal on my trade in. Highly recommend! More
I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler a couple of months ago and had overheating problems within the first week and a half. The dealership told me that they had just changed the radiator so I was a little confused. had overheating problems within the first week and a half. The dealership told me that they had just changed the radiator so I was a little confused. After taking it to the mountains and it overheating on the highway I decided to take it to my mechanic. The thermostat was sticking. No one could have seen that (I understand) but it was because of stop leak that had been added at some point at an exuberate amount. My mechanic said he had never seen some much on a thermostat. and although they got temperature down it's still not at the specks and that could mean there is still a clog somewhere that could lead to bigger issues down the line like a head gasket etc. That most definitely should have been caught and posted by the mechanic that changed that radiator. Now I understand that it's a used car and you by it "as is" but you wouldn't expect any issues before I even got my tags. After $700.00 changing my thermostat I brought it back to the dealer ship to show the salesman and the used car manager. I was not expecting anything (again I realize it's a used car) but they did nothing except telling me "thanks for bringing this to our attention." They didn't offer (as a sign of good faith) a oil change carwash or any kind of compensation for their ineptitude. Just "have a nice day". I still have even received the information for my tags and had to get an extension. I will NEVER come back to this dealership! More

Frankie was very helpful. While it would be nice to see the sales team a little more educated as to the specifics (e.g. mechanical and performance specs etc) of the vehicles While it would be nice to see the sales team a little more educated as to the specifics (e.g. mechanical and performance specs etc) of the vehicles that they sell we found Frankie to be very helpful, and not overly pushy, and despite purchasing one vehicle from another dealer (simply because it they had that specific one and it was priced well) we communicated with Frankie directly and returned to purchase another vehicle from him. While the overall experience at the Genesis dealership was superior, we found the inventory good and the majority of the staff friendly and helpful at AutoNation Jeep West. However, dealing with Shweta has been a completely different story. We came in with pre-approval from our preferred lender at 6.33%. Shweta then lied and told us that would only be valid on a new car and not the used one that we were purchasing, and that we would save money going through other financing as our preferred lender would actually be at least a half point higher, if not more. Frankie also reiterated this, but I am attempting to give him the benefit of the doubt and hoping he was just repeating what he was told and didn't know better. I can only assume there is some process in which she gets paid more for initiating a loan than just processing one, and we have verified with our preferred lender that they were never contacted and this information was false. Shweta was then very pushy about aftermarket warranties and gap coverage. She printed not less than five different versions after we had already told her we weren't interested at this time, and requested the brochures, getting fairly rude with her persistence and questioning our decisions. Again, likely a source of additional income for her, but shouldn't be pursued to the point of customer dissatisfaction. She then gave us a folder with only three pieces of paper in it, never mentioning that it wasn't complete or that other documentation would be emailed or provided any other way until we contacted her about not having the documentation. Now we have had to spend our time dealing with Capital One on multiple phone calls for verifications of information, and Shweta is now requesting more information for them regarding address verification. While this may seem like a small issue it would be time that we didn't have to spend had she just used our preferred lender who already has all of this information and would have been .66% less. We currently have Frankie looking for a vehicle for our daughter, but would only ever even consider using AutoNation Jeep West again if someone else was processing the financing. More
