Would leave zero stars if I could, I bought my car in October and immediately had issues with it. They took it back and said it was fixed which it in fact was not. Had the same issue all over again and t October and immediately had issues with it. They took it back and said it was fixed which it in fact was not. Had the same issue all over again and they essentially told me they are not going to fix it and I can fix it on my own terms through my extended warranty. They did "say" they would reimburse me the out of pocket. I do not believe that is right but whatever. I took my car in on my own terms to have it fixed, sent them the bill as they told me to and it has now been over a month with no reimbursement. I have contacted them 4 times to only receive 2 responses that they will work on it and it still hasn't been done. Now, my temp tag is about to expire so I called the DMV to find out why I haven't received a Title Complete notice or registration card to which they responded that they haven't received ANY paperwork or information from the dealership on my vehicle at all. There have been nothing but problems since I bought my car and getting a response out of them has become impossible or takes multiple days whether it is a call, text or email. Extremely displeased. Sales was Easy and simple process from beginning to end, took a little over an hour. The knowledge of sales needs improvement as far as electric vehicles.
