I have not dealt with anyone but the customer service rep, who would connect me to the services department. I have called on three different occasions to get some assistance for my 2019 Dodge Caravan wi rep, who would connect me to the services department. I have called on three different occasions to get some assistance for my 2019 Dodge Caravan with the bluetooth delay concerning audio calls, audio streaming, and video streaming. The delay is about 3 - 5 seconds, (1) phone calls end but the timer is still running and the automated voice responds "phone call ended" 4-5 seconds after the call ended. I press "play" for a streaming audio song/message and/or video with audio, and the timer will start before you hear anything until about 4-5 seconds later; and the two will never sync up, it will remain delayed throughout. If I play the video and/or audio with my bluetooth off, it will play normally. Is this a Dodge issue? I have not experienced this in rental vehicles, or previously owned vehicles until now. This is my second Dodge vehicle ever owning; but first Dodge with bluetooth capabilities. Will someone in Services or the Bluetooth department please call me back? I left two or three voicemail messages within the last 10 days. Thank you. More
Terrible service. Took 3 weeks to get my daughters car in for a mechanical problem, under warranty! Once I finally got the car in they were so busy that day (Friday) that they told me to come pick the car u for a mechanical problem, under warranty! Can't say enough good things about Don Harmen. But that's where it ends. The service tech never seem to finish the job right. transmission service not putting enough fluid in 2qts low. Replacing the radiator and not filling it completly needed another gallon of water. bringing the truck in for a overheating problem only fixing half of problem replacing a relay but not fixing the leak from a leaking water hose. Great service. Always take care of me, I pass a dodge dealer just to get to this one. This last time there was a younger thinner kid who was moving cars up.
