The people in Service, Parts, and the Cashiers were friendly, efficient and always helpful. I was in and out in the time projected. The cost was more than I expected. Having run a business myself I und friendly, efficient and always helpful. I was in and out in the time projected. The cost was more than I expected. Having run a business myself I understand the need to cover overhead and that each area is its own profit center. Apparently the Roseville auto mall requires a very high labor multiplier to turn a good profit. It was great service and the hourly rate will take some getting used to. More

Took my Charger to get my 5000 mile service and discovered my condenser was not working. Don , the best service writer ever, said he could squeeze me in to get it fixed or set it up for drop off. T discovered my condenser was not working. Don , the best service writer ever, said he could squeeze me in to get it fixed or set it up for drop off. Time not on my side, I chose to bring it in another day. The quality of service I get time and time again is what keep me driving 165+ miles to get my car services. More
We took a trip with our 2 little ones and bought a Tundra on Wednesday and the folks there were helpful in making a fast transaction seeing that we had kids with us, but after we bought it we felt a steering on Wednesday and the folks there were helpful in making a fast transaction seeing that we had kids with us, but after we bought it we felt a steering wheel shake between 60-80mph on the way back home. We decided to check it out our day off on Saturday and rotate the tires to assess the steering wheel wobble to rule out an unbalanced wheel. We noticed the lug nuts were a 24mm but the original is supposed to be 22mm. Strangely there are only 2 lug nuts at 22cm on the front right wheel, the rest are 24mm, which are all stripped. We are unable to remove the lugnuts, thereby disabling the ability to remove the wheels and tires from the vehicle. This of course is a major safety hazard and we called the dealership as soon as we discovered the problem. Joseph answered and told us that it would be covered because it’s a safety concern and that we could bring it to any Autonation nearby to have it fixed. Thankfully we don’t have to drive another 3 hours to Roseville. Joseph said he couldn’t help us set up an appointment unless it was with their location. Hoping this gets repaired in a timely manner, as their service centers are not open tomorrow on a Sunday and we’d have take time off of work on Monday to deal with this. Monday is when our 5-day warranty would be up but we may have already hit the 250 mile warranty from our 3 hour drive from the dealership. Wished this was discovered prior to purchase is our only regret. Unfortunately it was not and we have to take our time and energy to repair it. This is kind of puzzling - who would change the original lugnuts and strip them?! On a side note when I was signing the contract there was an area to fill out any damages tears etc. observed on the vehicle. And I asked the lady asking me to sign if I should fill that out since upon inspection we did discover a couple issues (e.g. dent on front hood, dent in driver door, tear in driver seat and crack plastic in driver seat). She told me not to fill it out and encouraged me to keep signing. It did feel strange we didn’t do a thorough inspection or write down the problems on the vehicle which we brought up to Logan, who took pictures of those problems. Logan said they could try to fix the dent and seat but wouldn’t be worth it because it’d be so cheap to fix it somewhere local so to basically fix it ourselves. Logan rode with us during a test drive and had he told us to go on the freeway over 65mph then perhaps we would have learned of the steering wheel wobble ahead of time and hence looked into it while we were there. Another issue was when I brought up the updated Autonation summary costs online, the truck was $600 less online than on the floor. They honored it of course but had I not found that discrepancy they were going to charge us their price because they said their screen didn’t show the updated price so they had to take my phone to verify. So our primary complaint is that they were not very thorough in the inspection of the vehicle and ought to take test drives on highway speeds and they were not very detail oriented in general. Otherwise the dealership was fairly easy going and were friendly. Now to service this lug nut problem and lug the kids with us… More
