They have been booked out for over a month but I had an urgent trip to go to within a week and needed the oil changed. I came in at opening time and they said they can fit me in and it'll be ready by the urgent trip to go to within a week and needed the oil changed. Well it was ready in a few hours and they added in a cabin filter change that showed it was due as well. Very happy they accommodated me and took care of the car. I bought the car there and it was also an easy experience that was pleasant which usually it is not. I come here for all the Jeep's needs and so far so good! Thank you More
Had appt at 8 am Fti a. m. I arrived early and was quickly told Greg would be with me. Greg checked me in at exactly 8. Apparently no one else could do that, even though no m. Apparently no one else could do that, even though no new customers were there for 15 minutes .I was told by Greg no shuttle would be provided and that my Jeep wld probably not be done that day.no offer for an Uber. ( chevy does this)i was later notified by text, jeep would not be finished by end of day. Next day, I call to check status and I’m told he would call when it’s close to being finished. I received text telling me at exactly 4pm when they close it wld be done. I arrived at 4 and was told that they had 4 people call in sick day before and 2 updates were not completed although they have had my Jeep for 32 hours. I’ve waited for this appt for over a month. Greg was very nice and it’s not his fault . Perhaps, in future make sure those with appts are helped first and if early and advisor is available get customer checked in. Also, if no shuttle is avail then provide a lyft/uber. Furthermore, my jeep was not washed at end of visit and doubt seriously anything was sanitized. In the future I am going to a different Jeep service where hopefully I feel more appreciated as a customer. More
I was surprised when I arrived and was told I now needed an appointment for the “Quick Lube” lane. I was ready to leave when the service writer told me he could get it done but it might take up to two hours an appointment for the “Quick Lube” lane. I dropped off my 2018 Dodge RAM 1500 at the dealer to get the air ride suspension, back-up camera & screen fixed, and the fuel neck filler hose replaced. I also asked them to change the oil and and rotate th the air ride suspension, back-up camera & screen fixed, and the fuel neck filler hose replaced. I also asked them to change the oil and and rotate the tires. When I dropped of the vehicle in the morning I was told by the repair advisor Donald Harmon that he would give me a call by 3pm to let me know if the vehicle was done. At 4pm I had not heard from the dealership and called Donald to get an update. Donald asked me if they could keep the vehicle for another day to further diagnose the problem and for the neck fuel filter hose to arrive. I agreed and he said again that he would call me the next day by 3pm to let me know if the repair was completed. I ended up calling Donald after I got off work at 5pm because he never called me. Donald said they rotate the tires and changed the oil. He said that the technician could not find a problem with the air ride suspension or the back-up camera and the part for the fuel neck had not arrived yet. Donald asked me if I wanted to pick up my truck since it was Fri and drop it back off after the weekend when the part for the fuel neck arrived. I agreed and picked up my truck. On the drive home the low tire warning light came on in the truck, because both of the front tires were more than 10psi underinflated. When the technician rotated the tires and performed the "multipoint" vehicle inspection that covered tire wear, they did not bother to check the tire pressure. As soon as I arrived home and backed into my driveway the camera screen started flickering between a blue and black screen, indicating that the problem with the camera had not been fixed. I Inflated the tires to the correct inflation pressure myself and waited for Donalds call on Mon to let him know about the back-up camera issue. I never received a call from the dealership to let me know that the warranty replacement part had arrived. I was also charged for the two days that I had the rental car while my truck was at the shop, even though I have the extended CarMax Maxcare warranty that covers rental car coverage. Donald said that I was not eligible for the rental car reimbursement because the dealer could not find a problem with the vehicle and I would have to pay for the rental car on my own. Given the lack of professionalism and poor service quality I would recommend taking your vehicle to a repair shop that is more capable and appreciative of your business. More
