I ordered my jeep in November 2021. Was told I would have by December. Received February 15, 2022. I was told that both the sales manager and the sales associate would keep me updated on my order. Not once did they ever reach out to me. I was the one calling and texting them to find out how the process was going. Every excuse I got was blamed on Covid. Due to the fact that it took so long for my Jeep to come in I missed out on all the deals and incentives the dealer ship was offering. When I mentioned that to the finance manger and the sales person they just apologized. Not once did they offer anything for my trouble or the long wait. I will never buy a vehicle from the dealer ship and I will not refer anyone else to them as well. More

I have always taken my Fiat to this dealership for maintenance. I was told this time I had some bulbs out (lights) but that they do not carry the part. No offer to order the part, NOTHING.
