I ordered my jeep in November 2021. Was told I would have by December. Received February 15, 2022. Told the sales manager and the sales associates we needed the vehicle by the end of the year for tax purposes. Was told that would not be a problem. I was told that both the sales manager and the sales associate would keep me updated on my order. Not once did they ever reach out to me. I was the one calling and texting them to find out how the process was going. Every excuse I got was blamed on Covid. Due to the fact that it took so long for my Jeep to come in I missed out on all the deals and incentives the dealer ship was offering. When I mentioned that to the finance manger and the sales person they just apologized. Not once did they offer anything for my trouble or the long wait. I will never buy a vehicle from the dealer ship and I will not refer anyone else to them as well. More

I have always taken my Fiat to this dealership for maintenance. I was told this time I had some bulbs out (lights) but that they do not carry the part. No offer to order the part, NOTHING. They completed the oil change and replaced a wiper blade. Told me I may have to take it to the Bay Area for bulb change? This does not sound right. Steve was very nice, I tried to explain this dealership has always taken care of my Fiat, but he had no advice for me, just kinda keeping me hangin. I'm not happy to say the least. More
Brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for suspected brake problems and the service dept thoroughly went thru the entire system replacing Booster and Master Cylinder. Very pleased with our last service experience, which was a significant contrast to previous visits. Steven Park and other support staff in the service drive were prompt, receptive and welcoming. It is clearly a priority to have an appointment as we were asked this question repeatedly. We left our Jeep for an emissions recall involving a relatively simple programming issue and an oil change/tire rotation under the Jeep Wave program. Pleased to say that by lunchtime, we received a call from Steve informing us that the Jeep was ready for pickup. Whatever changes have occurred in the service department, please keep up the great work as this appears to be working! More
