Spoke with rep Leah on Thursday, she recommended that I bring my vehicle in on Friday to the drop off for service on Saturday. It was a super easy process. I received a call from Steve Saturday AM to confirm what my vehicle was in for. He gave me an window of when I could expect my truck to be completed. My truck was serviced 1.5 hours ahead of schedule. My experience with Leah and Steve was a GREAT one and I will continue to bring my Dodge Ram Truck into Auto Nation of Roseville dealership for service.
