When I went to pick the vehicle up after repair I started it up and noticed it was not repaired. My service tech came out and confirmed the repair was not completed. He then offered me a rental car while the it up and noticed it was not repaired. My service tech came out and confirmed the repair was not completed. He then offered me a rental car while they kept my vehicle for additional days to diagnose and repair(since I already had a rental and live an hour away). Communication was great, the repairs were covered under warranty and now things are back to the way they should sound! More
