My service rep Greg Stebbins got me in quickly (regular appointments were 3 months out) for a recall and a map update (first one available for 2018 Pacifica!). But no fix available for the foreseeable futu appointments were 3 months out) for a recall and a map update (first one available for 2018 Pacifica!). But no fix available for the foreseeable future for the PHEV recall- Chrysler says park it outside and don't plug-in for charge. Ridiculous delay. If not for the great performance of the vehicle and the great consumer advocacy of Mr. Stebbins I would no longer be a Pacifica owner. The dealer needs people like him to keep customers when the parent company Chrysler is irresponsible. More

The sales team on the front side of sales was outstanding. When it came to follow up service, thay went MIA. But are trying to make up for it now...
