I have used this dealership part a few times and I believe that the whole dealership process and customer service has completely changed. I have not been to a dealership in the last three years that r believe that the whole dealership process and customer service has completely changed. I have not been to a dealership in the last three years that really care about the customer anymore. I do find this dealership cares more than most but they have a lack of communication and a lack of knowledgeable technicians. I’ve had to wait three weeks for my vehicle to be worked on and had to return it again to complete the job correctly. More
I was in a pinch replacing a vehicle and I was recomended to check into True Car which lead me to the vehicle the fit my need. You guys are great. I would recommend one very minor enhancement. The gentleman that greeted us for the rapid oil change needs a tiny bit of coaching. We drove up, he I would recommend one very minor enhancement. The gentleman that greeted us for the rapid oil change needs a tiny bit of coaching. We drove up, he put a number on our windshield and said, "its going to be a while" then walked 10 feet away and leaned on the podium. After 15 minutes of us clearly looking around unsure if we were supposed to stay with the vehicle (which I assumed) he said under his breath to a co worker "hey guys what do you expect, I told you its going to be a while" about 15 minutes after that (3o minutes after we checking in) someone else came over and took the vehicle information, key etc. The only change here should have been for the first guy to say " Hey guys, its going to be a while, someone will be here in a few minutes to check you in, you can wait in your car or the waiting room and we will get to you ASAP" vs leaving us standing around confused for 30 minutes assuming we should wait there. Also, time to replace the furniture in the waiting room. None of that is a big deal and everyone was great to deal with. Just some (hopefully helpful) feedback. More
Very dissatisfied! I had the 2017 Ram 2500 towed there on 17Jun22 for diagnostic on code U010C and P0471. Upon talking to a Donald Harmon at Auto Nation Ram in Rosevil I had the 2017 Ram 2500 towed there on 17Jun22 for diagnostic on code U010C and P0471. Upon talking to a Donald Harmon at Auto Nation Ram in Roseville found that warranty was expired. I then had it towed to Rocklin Foreign Auto. My wife had to pay $229.00 that I was not made aware of for diagnostics. Rocklin Foreign Auto had instructed me that both front axles and u-joints were damaged by the tow vehicle from AAA. Not only that I had to pay for an estimate I was not aware of but Auto Nation did not have the decency to let me know of damage by tow truck. I will not be requesting service anytime soon from AutoNation Ram and will instruct others to steer away from this establishment. More
