I again worked with sales representative Yoseph Abouelwafa, who I had purchased a new Cherokee Trailhawk from last October. He helped me computer build and factory order the new Rubicon, which is an awesome machine. I was able to purchase it for $1,000 over dealer invoice, which saved me approximately $2,500. Yoseph also helped me get an additional $2,000 on the trade-in of my 2014 Rubicon, over what the dealer initially offered me. I went in for a safety recall and a tire rotation. They botched the tire rotation because they didn't readjust the tire pressure on the front and rear tires. The proper psi on the Ram 1500 is different on front and back tires, and you'd think the dealership would know this and would readjust the tire pressure. But no. Warning light came on when I got less than a mile away. Seeing as how it took two hours to rotate tires in the first place despite my appointment, I can't imagine how long it would take to get back in the cue so they could fix the tire pressures they messed up.
