Went in for a recall. I was offered a rental car & was told that I wouldn't be responsible for the cost for up to $50 peer day. I was not worried about not having my car b I was offered a rental car & was told that I wouldn't be responsible for the cost for up to $50 peer day. I was not worried about not having my car because I had my son or I could have driven my husband to work & used his car. But, since it was offered due to the recall & because there was no cost, I accepted. I got a call to pick up my car two days later, so my husband drove me to drop off the rental. The rental company (Enterprise) was trying to change me $300. I challenged the charges & told them I'd speak to the dealership so they could help to correct this erroneous error. The service dept representative asked what kind of car did I get, and I responded the one that's free so Enterprise gave me a Nissan. The service rep said Chrysler won't pay for a Nissan (their competitor), but he'd take care of it. How on earth would I know that. No time for games, I would have declined the rental. I wound up being billed $100 plus for a rental that I never asked for. Both Enterprise nor Chrysler fixed the issues. Service was lacking at best. Extremely disappointed about this matter, but I will consider it a loss. Can't have my business again, but obviously they could care less. Definitely not good service. More
