Electronic schedule was a 10/10. Repair was 8/10 only improvement could have been shorter repair time frame. Vehicle pick up was 6/10, staff was not prepared and took a long time to Repair was 8/10 only improvement could have been shorter repair time frame. Vehicle pick up was 6/10, staff was not prepared and took a long time to retrieve vehicle. Once receiving our vehicle, it was almost impossible to get out of the parking lot because of the amount of vehicles waiting to be serviced. Overall, customer experience was much a better than our experience with the dealership on Auburn Boulevard. More
