Purchasing the car here was ok. Carlos in sales was nice and informative,not pushy either. Unfortunately when test driving the car I was buying I found the AC condenser was bad. So I purchased the car with the guarantee that if I left it with them,it would get replaced. They kept their word and replaced it. They also promised some body damage would be fixed. After about a week of them having the car I was able to pick it up. I drove home,about an hour away. When I got home we noticed the front bumper was hanging off. We immediately called Carlos to let him know about this. He apologized and said they would have it taken care of. We then found a work order in my car that was left behind from when they purchased the car previously. It showed that their service dept said the bumper would not stay on so they SUPER GLUED AND TAPED THE BUMPER TO KEEP IT IN PLACE FOR NOW. When I purchased the car this was NOT disclosed to me. And the fact that their service dept was ok with super gluing and taping a bumper to put out for sale is scary. Because of this poor “fix” one of their techs did, they promised to fix the issue and replace the bumper. I took my car down and dropped it off, having it in writing from Brenda that they were to replace the bumper and fix the body damage. They gave me a rental. Past that, it was like pulling teeth to get an update. No one reached out to me, I had to constantly reach out asking for an update. I was finally told it was done and I drove down,dropped off the rental and got to Dodge to find that they did NOT replace the bumper. Brenda told me they replaced it with a brand new bumper but it still had the same damage as before. Thankfully I took meticulous photos and documentation during this whole process. They said we will fix it yet again so leave it and get another rental. Again with no update I reached out and they stated they replaced the bumper again and to come get it. I showed up and they had not replaced the dents or dings they stated they would along with the bumper AGAIN. The bumper was still disconnected,had the same damage and now they changed my emblem with the incorrect one. Again stating they put a brand new bumper on even though they had not since it still had the same damage and I had proof of that. James,the service manager gave me a rental for a 3rd time! I finally got the update stating it was done after constantly reaching out and went to pick up the car. It took 3 times of them stating they installed a brand new bumper for them to ACTUALLY INSTALL A BRAND NEW BUMPER! Upon assessing my car meticulously (every time they “fixed” it, it seemed to get worse)I found the service manager,James,was going to give me my car back with the inside absolutely annihilated. I dropped this car off completely clean and detailed and he was giving it back to me filled with white powder,paint dust,debris through the whole car! After everything they had already put me through they couldn't even clean their mess. I made him take it to get detailed. This was the worst customer service I had ever received. No honesty,poor management,poor communication. They lied to me over and over again,wasting my time. I will NEVER bring my car here again. If you do,I would be careful and make sure you have documentation of EVERYTHING before you leave it. There was never any sort of acceptance of responsibility on their part. They just stated we will fix it and kept making the situation/my car worse. It was a limited edition with limited edition paint and they made the paint worse in the end. The hood had a few chips that had been touched up with black paint in the beginning and now it has a ton of “chips” with a light gray colored tone to it. The service manager James stated “they must have tried touching up and didn't use the right color”. Just an empty statement and lack of responsibility. The lack of customer service here is quite scary. If I would have known how shady their service dept I would have never purchased More

My service advisor, Brenda, is excellent & I have a lot of confidence in the service techs but the parking is atrocious.
