My husband and I drove our newly repaired 2005 Jeep to the mountains last week. The transmission works better now than it ever has!! Thanks to Zack Black and his persistence in finding and resolving the problem that had been plaguing us for months. Another Jeep dealership had worked on the problem twice before Hilton Head Chrysler Jeep Dodge resolved it. Zack Black and the technician that worked on the transmission are truly dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I have loved that Jeep from the day we bought it and now I can love it a lot longer!! Now we know who we can depend on for great service! More
