We purchased a used vehicle from the dealership in November. We got quite a bit of help in the hunt and I took 2 nights and 2 visits before deciding to purchase. Only complaints are that we were told during test drive that the car was still under warranty for 20k more miles, only to find out it when we went to purchase that it was not. We ended up purchasing an extended warranty, which they did not mark up much, but it was still not in our original budget and upset me. The vehicle we purchased ended up having some issues which have become apparent over a few months of driving. Speaker broken, windshield fluid dispensor broken, oil leak under the body, oil filters and bolts are wrong/mismatched, engine in vehicle is not the dodge 2006 like the car model, which was a HUGE and unwelcomed surprise to us. These things were not mentioned to us during purchase and have resulted in additional, unexpected expenses. More

I was helped by Edgar. I was looking at a 2001 Jeep Compass Latitude. From the beginning he was very professional and knowledgeable. I spoke to what was suppose to be the "Floor Manager" who tried to lie about a vehicle being avaliable. I went to another local Dodge dealer and they went and got my car with no extra charge. When the problem I had was presented to Alice, the Service Manager, she responded with a warm and friendly attitude and proceeded to arrange the proper inspections necessary to resolve my problem. She arranged for the repair to be made and provided a loaner car for me to drive while my car was in service. Her willingness to work out the details of the warranty cost was done cheerfully and professionally. I feel she is a great asset to the company and I am glad the dealership has someone there who appreciates a customer and gives the proper customer service to make that person want to come back. She treated me as a friend and I felt very comfortable with her in charge of my car. Reggie was friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the car. I had expressed an interest in some floor mats that were on display across from his desk. When he saw there was only one left in the style I liked, he put it aside for me and I was able to purchase it when I picked up my car. While he was setting up the loaner car he was cheerful, even ran to put some gas in it for me. He quickly cleaned off some soil that had gotten on the upholstery in the area of the repair on my car. His customer service was excellent and I look forward to returning to him when service work needs to be done. More
