Definitely token advantage of! Everything was great until it was time to have my car driven back to my home. I told harry on Saturday that I would have someone come with me Monday Everything was great until it was time to have my car driven back to my home. I told harry on Saturday that I would have someone come with me Monday to pick up my car I live about 45 min away. My husband totaled the family car a week before he was deployed so we need to replace it before he came back to the states. I told them this. Harry INSISTED on me driving the yukon (I just purchased) home Saturday night and then Sunday I could come back instead with the info for the ins he would follow me back to my home. A Co worker would pick him up from my home. After church I head down there I got there early. Harry comes out saying I'm early. I was eating my lunch in the car with my 1yr old and 6yr old. He ask me if I'm ready i told him sure. We drive back basically 2hr drive back and forth with my kids in tow. HARRY WAITED UNTIL HE GOT ON MY DOORSTEP to tell me he had NO ONE to bring him back to the dealership!!! Here I am with 2 small kids and a man I barely know in the position to drive back alone in a car for another 45 bc he lied! I had to change my kids out of their church attire go from neighbor to neighbor to find SOMEONE to watch my kids i know my 1yr wasnt going to do a 3hr drive! I REGRET driving him back. I should have LEFTED him on my doorstep. He basically accused me for this happening. They are short staffed and he's covering for some and this is his DAY OFF! I don't work there that's not my problem! ! I told him i had someone to come up here with me today and MONDAY. Hes the one that came up with this idea not me. MY HUSBAND IS PISSED!! That i drove in the car by myself with a strange man back 45 min then i had to drive my self back home for another 45 min. 3-4hrs i basically drove!!. He could've told me right there at the store sun i would've called someone or drove back home! He could have called me before hand and said things have changed. It was either drive him back or have him sitting on my doorstep for an hr in 80° heat until someone picked him up. Then he tells me his Co workers don't know how to get here, they're short staff, he's covering someone, I arrived to early blah blah blah! !It's called gps and freaking excuses. He definitely tried to play the victim! He also must've lied to his boss bc he was confused why I was making the complaint i told him harry waited until we got all the way to Guyton to tell me he had no ride back. Great job taken advantage of a woman with 2 small kids who's husband is away overseas! If he was dealing with only my husband he would have never put a male in this situation. I will contact corporate until I'm rectified. I wasted gas in the yukon and my own car! !! I bought warranty with them my speakers are out I do not trust this dealership at all I don't won't to deal with anyone at that particular store again! More

All I had to do was bring in my USAA true car certificates, no haggling involved! If you are a USAA member please stop by this dealership before you purchase a vehicle. Ali Varner from from Internet Sales was super helpful! She responded immediately to texts and emails. Justin Hauglum was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every vehicle I asked to look at came straight from the car wash ready to be driven. I never had a better experience from a dealership!
