Friendly and Knowledgable My first contact with Hilton Head Chrysler Jeep was online. I like their website because it allowed me to see all the features of a specific Jeep as My first contact with Hilton Head Chrysler Jeep was online. I like their website because it allowed me to see all the features of a specific Jeep as well as the window sticker. My first personal contact was with Katy who was always cheerful and added the personal touch by remembering my first name in later contacts. Katy referred me to salesman Mike Mancini who walked me through the selection process and was always patient as I gained more knowledge which led me to change my mind. After I finally did make my choice the paperwork (my least favorite part) was done as proficiently as possible. The final step of turning my vehicle in and learning about my new vehicle went fairly smooth.
