Had a 11c o"clock Appointment. Brought my Gladiator in for a oil change. Brought it in at 10:30 AM and 2 1/2 hours later got it back!!!! Waited the whole time. I was in your dealership last week for an oil change and tire rotation. I struggled to connect with the on-site team by phone as I called the number listed on your web site which connected me with someone a tire rotation. I struggled to connect with the on-site team by phone as I called the number listed on your web site which connected me with someone at a call center. For the second time the call center folks scheduled me for service somewhere other than HH, (which I requested). The first time I used the call center, a few months back, they scheduled me for service in Birmingham, AL, last week they scheduled me for service in Louisville, KY. I never got the promised conformation e-mail from the call center rep, so I called the dealership. It is difficult to connect by phone with a live person in service. I eventually called sales and asked for a transfer to service. The person that answered in sales was very helpful and said, "you need Sarah". I was transferred to Sarah who took great care of me, she got me in for an oil change that day and kept me posted as I waited in your lobby (and had a hot dog :)). I was particularly grateful for Justin giving me some of his time as I popped my head in his office for a technical question (recommended operating oil psi?), he is always helpful and gives me a well thought out answer, not just a "knee jerk". Nice job Sarah and Justin. More
I came in for oil change and general check-up without ab appointment. The young lady at the Service desk took my information and assured me that the work could be done in about an hour. She made sure I w appointment. The young lady at the Service desk took my information and assured me that the work could be done in about an hour. She made sure I was comfortable in the show room area and popped out a couple of times with a progress report. Her estimate of the time required was right on even with my remembering along the way that a fog light was burned out. She was most helpful and a courteous host. Dale Peters More
