Was promised an interest rate... then it jumped 3% and Tony says "it's too late to shop it". To make up for the interest rate Tony "gave" us a 3 year maintenance plan but added it in at the end. If I realized this was the dealer where the protester sits in front of the dealer calling them liars I would have never bought from them. Horrible Horrible Horrible! More

I had my mechanic (brother) check over the truck and he found one issue which the dealership said their mechanics looked for it and didn’t see it and supposedly sent truck out to be rechecked, again didn’t see problem. It wasn’t a big problem, so we decided to buy it. They only reduced price by $500. They had on sales contact the DOC fee, which was around $500. In their ad, it states DOC FEE included in price. When I asked about that, he said that’s why we took off $500, so no real drop in sale price. The guy dealing with insurance, not friendly at all. The finance guy, friendly, but rushes you through the paperwork. I have the most important papers, but I called Michael weeks after sale asking for my copies of all the paperwork I signed. He was going to mail them, that was in Oct/Nov. I messaged him again this week asking for them, no reply. More
