After market warranty work by Peacock Dodge Ram I had an after market warranty o. My 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. 142124 miles. The evaporator I. The AC went. Will diagnosing the problem the Tech notice the I had an after market warranty o. My 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. 142124 miles. The evaporator I. The AC went. Will diagnosing the problem the Tech notice the lifter tapping. They pulled the engine down and found a bad cam shaft also. Once the repairs were certified they the consulted me about additional repairs that would only involve the purchase of parts as part of the warranty and will extend the life of my engine. Wish i could give negative Stars!! If I could give 0 starts I would!!! The clerk (Corraine) was nasty and rude! To top it off an oil change in my Dodge Ram was $162 Sept 2018, but $30 If I could give 0 starts I would!!! The clerk (Corraine) was nasty and rude! To top it off an oil change in my Dodge Ram was $162 Sept 2018, but $306 in May 2019????? An oil filter went from $36 to $90... Tire rotation from $15 to $89... Ridiculous!!! Vehicle was picked up after hours, so next day I went in to have this explained to me and was told they could give me a $25 off my next service. Really? For a $306 oil change that took over 6 hours??? I won't be screwed again! Total rip off!!! Butler Dodge in Beaufort is worth the inconvenience of the drive!! More
