Had a service issue for my 2008 ram. Counter rep. Was pretty new to the position and had communication difficulties with the auto service techs. There was mis communication and no follow up until my vehi pretty new to the position and had communication difficulties with the auto service techs. There was mis communication and no follow up until my vehicle was done only to find out no repairs were done. After this discovery my service rep. Watched to see work was done on my ram. The issue of the tpms light still being on has not been fixed. I have been told next time I am in the area just bring it in and it will be ra addressed. Have used this service dept. For years and will still keep using them. Usually everything is great. More
