Since transitioning to AutoNation, trying to get in touch with someone in the Service Department in nearly impossible. We tried to schedule a service appointment online but there were no openings showing fo with someone in the Service Department in nearly impossible. We tried to schedule a service appointment online but there were no openings showing for a month, I called and left several messages and no one returned my call. Finally, my husband had to go by the dealership to request an appointment in person which was still two weeks out. When we took our Jeep in for the appointment, again, could not get anyone to answer when we called to see when the vehicle would be ready. Left voice messages and no response. Only way we could get direct to service was to call the Sales Dept, New Vehicles and ask to be transferred - they answer their phone! Shiloh in service is very nice and always pleasant to work with. The dealership has got to get a better system for communicating with customers and being responsive to calls. More
