The only negative, and this is with the AutoNation Dealerships in Hilton Head in general, is that their voicemail system is very difficult to use. It's near impossible to get anyone on the phone in a timely manner and often you're asked to email your service requests and then you're kicked out because the system thinks you're a robot. But once you can get a real person, their service and performance are great. More
