Brought my Jeep Wrangler in for oil change and tire rotation. Chris was my advisor and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Had the truck for 5 hours (estimated 2-3) to change the oil and look at some minor warranty items. I asked for an update on where they were at and found out they hadn’t even taken it into the service depar oil and look at some minor warranty items. I asked to check my brake linings. You gave me an honest assessment. I say honest because you could have told me I needed brakes but rather you said I had a good amount of pad left.
