The Hilton Head AutoNation Jeep facility is pristine, comfortable and welcoming, including a complimentary beverage area and a "dine-in or takeout cafe" offering home cooked foods. The automotive staff is professional, but at the same time warm and accommodating. Service was timely and thorough. Despite my appointment for only a scheduled oil change & tire rotation, they thoroughly checked everything and discovered an issue that required a replacement part and encouraged me to have them order it now, since it was still under warranty.
