Very professional, nice people to work with. Truck was exactly what I was looking for but was not detailed as well as it should have been. I drive past 2 other jeep dealerships/services to get to the Hilton Head location. I have been there for routine service once and just last week for an issue with my 2019 jeep. I’m so glad that I drove the the Hilton Head location. I have been there for routine service once and just last week for an issue with my 2019 jeep. I’m so glad that I drove the extra distance. The waiting area is clean and bright. The food counter makes great breakfasts and lunch, making the wait for your car much easier (and delicious). Shane was my service representative, and he kept me informed about my car each step of the way. A software update was causing many issues with my car, and Shane went above and beyond to get the service covered by Jeep. I will be a loyal customer for life at this Auto Nation location More
