Horrible customer service. Dealt with assistant manager regarding warning light. They had the code when we made the appointment and we thought it was recorded. Apparently th Dealt with assistant manager regarding warning light. They had the code when we made the appointment and we thought it was recorded. Apparently the information was not recorded and they didn't reference notes on the account of previous warranty work. Anyway they had the vehicle for 2 days and couldn't determine what the issue was. During the 2 days we had to continuously follow up. We left several messages for Dustin with no response. Even when he said that he would call us back he didn't. Then when we picked up the vehicle (after nothing had been done) Dustin didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in the door. He left for a few minutes with our keys and said here's your keys and nothing more. So don't waste your time taking your vehicle to Auto Nation Hilton Head, they don't seem to know what they are doing and provide no customer service. More
