I went for an oil and filter change and the people were friendly, but I couldn't understand why they tried told me to have the spark plugs changed soon when my vehicle only has 15k miles and the owner's ma friendly, but I couldn't understand why they tried told me to have the spark plugs changed soon when my vehicle only has 15k miles and the owner's manual says change at 100k miles. I also had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the oil change even though I had a morning appointment. I have had my vehicle for less than 2 years and was recently told by a friend riding in the back seat that the window switch for the left rear window was missing. I had not noticed this since I rarely have back seat passengers. My opinion is that it was missing when we bought the vehicle so I asked about having it replaced under warranty but was told warranty would not cover it. I ended up having to buy the switch assembly and replacing it myself. My antenna was removed I'm assuming to run the vehicle through the car wash but it was not reinstalled. I found it in the passenger seat. This was my second visit for an oil change since buying the vehicle and the first one was great. This second one not so much. More
