I stopped in to the dealership yesterday morning without an appointment and the nice service writer squeezed me in without any issue. She got my truck serviced and had me out the door in less than hour. Now an appointment and the nice service writer squeezed me in without any issue. I had an antifreeze leak and my rep Shane got me in as a priority diagnosis and repair. That day they notified me that my water pump was leaking and they ordered it and installed the following day.
