That said, this Jeep Sahara purchase truly was the easiest, most pleasant experience I've ever had with a dealership! Robert Frohlich came out to greet us and spent the next couple of hours showing us various Jeeps and taking us for a test drive. His knowledge of the product line and his no pressure sales technique was very much appreciated. Robert was helpful, friendly, offered great advice when choosing a Jeep and then spent a lot of time showing me all the features on the Jeep I decided to buy. After making a decision on which Jeep was coming home with me, the process of trading in my Honda CRV was done efficiently and fairly by Terry Flores. His sense of humor and great attitude were most enjoyable. Youcef Targui was very helpful as well as being very funny! Both Terry and Youcef, at their 'control' booth, had me laughing with their banter. Will admit to dreading dealing w/ the finance/business manager b/c have always had them try to upsell me at other dealerships. Jim Choate surprised me (pleasantly) with how easy he made this transaction. I appreciated his candidness and how quickly we were able to complete the paperwork. We stopped in, unscheduled, from out of town, to check out a Jeep I had seen online. They were very busy, but had enough people to accommodate us quickly. I told Ali what I wanted and he had me for a test drive within 5 minutes in one of two vehicles that fit my description of wants/needs. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't try to guide me to a 2014 model or something else (which was my experience at 2 other dealers). I feel that I got a fair price for my trade in and the new/used car and I felt Ali went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped me sync up my phone to the blue tooth for the long ride home and the whole experience was a positive one. More

Dealing with Josh Foltz was a pleasure. Wally the used car manager was a real likeable guy. While they were eager to sell me a car, I didn't feel the pressure from either of them that I experienced at ot car manager was a real likeable guy. I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler for my wife's birthday and Josh had the idea of driving the vehicle into the showroom and putting a big read bow on it. My wife jumped up and down she was so happy. I scored major bonus points with that one. I selected the dealer because they were a USAA certified dealer. Per USAA's pricing tools and our own research using Kelly Blue Book, we got an excellent deal. They will offer you extended warranties, pre-paid oil changes, and other add-ons if you want them, but I declined. The only added cost was a $150 documentation fee that seemed reasonable to me. They are an Auto Nation dealer which influences many of their practices. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again if I wanted a Chrysler product - that is their focus. If I wanted another make of vehicle I would seek out an Auto Nation / USAA certified dealer. More

We visited some other Jeep dealers in the Seattle area and were appalled at how poorly they treated their customers. The Rairdon dealership was rude, pushy and scoffed at most of our questions. Josh was the complete opposite. He was honest with us and just a good down home american. He wasn't pushy, and we never felt rushed. He just wanted to help us find the right vehicle at the right price. Which we did! Josh was even nice enough to go outside and windex the windows of the car we purchased while we were finishing up our paperwork. Thanks for the great service Josh. More

He was very responsive and made a good effort to identify my needs. I ended up buying a new Patriot and was very satisfied with the buying experience. I made an appointment to test drive a Patriot on a Saturday afternoon. Cory was well prepared for our appointment. The entire buying experience, including a trade-in, lasted 3 to 4 hours. There was a reasonable amount of low pressure negotiation that occurred over the value of the transaction, but the negotiation moved quickly. Overall, I'm very pleased with the interactions I had at the dealership. Interactions included dealership Sales and Finance management and Cory. Everyone acted in a professional manner and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. I highly recommend them to potential customers. More

My husband and I went into the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Bellevue dealership to get his oil changed on his Dodge Megacab (which he bought at this dealership in 2007). I was telling him what features I would want on a new car, specifically a Charger. We didn't see anything on the lot so my husband looked on-line. Turns out there was a Charger with even more features than I was asking for but it was on another of the dealerships lots. My husband asked Hal about the car. Hal was so friendly and polite. He offered to bring the car over for me to look at. It was brought over and Hal took the time to walk us through the features before we even went on a test drive. On the test drive, Hal continued to share all the "cool stuff" available. I was impressed with his knowledge as well as his ability to relate to what I was looking for. After we returned, there was no pressure at all. My husband and I talked about whether this was really what I wanted and if I would be willing to trade in my "baby" - a 2001 TransAm! I realized it was time and we do love doing business with this dealership so we said we wanted it. Problem was, I didn't have my car with me to trade-in. No problem - the dealership took our information, had an offer for us and it was one we couldn't refuse. We signed all the paperwork - which Hal was great to make sure we had all the info and signed all the right papers and signed the check to buy the car outright. Hal then walked me around to meet everyone in the Services Dept. to ensure I knew everyone that could and would be helping me. Just like my husband, I plan to bring my new car in for service there! We brought the TransAm in - it was sad to leave it behind - I do hope you find it a good home! Hal then took the time to walk us through everything again, this time I was able to set all the features to my settings and truly come to realize I had a fantastic car with all the bells and whistles one would want on the car.
